The regular practice of the bike brings a simple solution for many societal problems : congestion of the cities, rarity of parkings, pollution, sendentarism.
Genèveroule offers free bikes on loan during the beautiful season and rental bikes throughout the year, including the the free e-bike loans available to ITU Staff at Place des Nations from May to October. Geneveroule's support is therefore paramount to make this ITU Mobility project reality since 2015.
The activities of Geneveroule are mainly carried out by staff in reintegration, the association receiving asylum seekers, refugees and unemployed people. Last year, more than 250 people integrated the structure for internships of flexible duration, for trainings, and for being emerged in a team, so they contributed to the work of the association. They work in the sectors like the customer service, the business management, logistics, mechanics and bikes maintenance.
